set goals

We all have things we want to achieve in life, both personally and professionally. The best way to achieve those things is to set goals. When setting goals here are 4 things to keep in mind:

  1. Write down your goals.
  2. Break down larger goals into a series of smaller goals.
  3. Track your progress on a regular basis (daily, weekly or monthly depending on the goal). 
  4. Make sure your goals are SMART:
    S = Specific
    M = Measurable
    A = Attainable
    R = Realistic
    T = Timely
