As a marketing graduate from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, Whitney has a strong foundation in branding, strategy, and communication, but her true passion lies in creating intentional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. At Reclaim, she blends her marketing mindset with a love for calm, curated spaces to help clients find clarity and comfort in their homes. Outside of work, Whitney enjoys spending time outdoors, reading psychological thrillers, staying active and caring for her plants.
Mariella Shirak
Professional Organizer
Mariella is a former management consultant and digital marketer who turned into a professional organizer. As a mom of competitive athletes and the unofficial CEO of a nonstop house, she totally gets crazy schedules. Mariella enjoys helping create systems that bring calmness to busy lives. On her off days, you can find her volunteering, tending to her garden, or squeezing in a morning workout.

As a former business owner, Haydee brings a strong blend of organization, creativity, and client-focused service to every project. She loves creating personalized organizing systems that not only simplify daily life but also reflect each client’s unique needs and style.

Katie brings a unique blend of expertise and creativity to Reclaim. With bachelor’s degrees in Crime & Justice Studies, Psychology, and Nursing, along with a master’s in Nutrition & Integrative Health, she has built a career rooted in both care and precision. Her years of clinical healthcare experience have strengthened her love for systems, structure and efficiency—skills she now applies to organizing. Katie is passionate about transforming spaces into beautiful, functional environments tailored to each client, and her natural gift for creative problem-solving ensures every project is both seamless and personal.
Nicole Archuleta
Professional Organizer
Nicole brings a calm and thoughtful presence to helping clients create spaces that truly support their lives. Before transitioning into organizing, she worked as a wildlife biologist and spent several years as a homeschool mom—experiences that honed her flexibility, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking. Today, she draws on those strengths to help others find clarity, peace, and ease in their homes and daily routines.
Maria Caldwell

Maria earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from UNC Wilmington and began her career teaching first grade in Utah. After returning to North Carolina, she brought her natural organizational abilities from the classroom into her work at Reclaim, where she now helps create thoughtful, functional spaces for clients.

Sam is a North Carolina native and a graduate of Meredith College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Her previous management roles have helped her develop strong organizational skills, enabling her to effectively streamline processes and lead teams with precision. With a deep passion for organizing, she finds joy in creating functional, orderly spaces that improve efficiency and bring peace of mind to those she helps.
Tiffany Said

With 12 years of experience in Clinical Research, Organizational Development, and Quality Assurance, Tiffany thrives on creative problem-solving. She is deeply motivated by helping and enjoys collaborating with the team to find innovative solutions that support our clients everyday needs. Outside of work, she can be found reading, spending time with loved ones, or exploring a variety of creative activities that inspire curiosity and growth.
Courtney Hines
Professional Organizer
Courtney lives with her husband and four cherished pets. With a background in administration, she brings organization and efficiency to Reclaim. Courtney is passionate about creating functional spaces, believing that a well-structured environment can greatly enhance mental well-being. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, volunteering at her church, and spending time outdoors.

Team Support Coordinator
A Raleigh resident of nearly three decades, Katie joins Reclaim after several years working with small businesses. Her background in the health and wellness sector and collaborative mindset help support organizing teams in the field. Katie and her husband enjoy spending time with their sons, extended family, and three rescue dogs.
Shannon Murphy
Lead Professional Organizer
Shannon brings to Reclaim expertise from the world of education, as she earned a B.S. in elementary education from UNC-Chapel Hill and previously served as the director a preschool where organization was paramount. She lives in New Hill with her family and spends her free time decorating, organizing, and going to the beach.
Jennifer Wise

As a former middle school teacher and a mom of three busy girls, Jen knows how critical organization is to keeping life running smoothly. She has a passion for helping and serving others, and for making home a place of both function AND beauty. She loves working with clients and getting their organizational systems in place.
Molly Northcutt

Born and raised in Wake Forest, Molly is a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. Molly’s passion for organizing developed when she found herself organizing her friends’ dorm rooms. She loves helping clients develop organizational skills so their everyday lives can be less stressful. She loves seeing each family “reclaim” their way of living and being a part of their organizing journey.
Leslie Arthur
Operations Coordinator
With over 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant, Leslie enjoys helping the Reclaim team succeed by providing behind-the-scenes support. A task- and detail-oriented professional, her organizational skills extend beyond the workplace to volunteering in event planning and wedding coordinating in her free time.
Angela Rodriguez
Professional Organizer
Angela was born and raised in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico before moving to the USA in 1999. She is a wife, mother of three, and grandmother. Originally, she helped family members and close friends with home organizational projects and that is where her passion for organizing began to grow. She has impeccable attention for detail and also captures the beauty of the spaces she organizes in photos. In addition to organizing, she loves interior design and planning events.

A North Carolina native, Charlotte graduated from James Madison University with a degree in communication and business. Her educational background and job experiences complement her passion for organization.

With professional experience as an administrative assistant, officer manager, and program coordinator she takes pride in using her organizational and project management skills to support the Reclaim team.
Emily Trieste

Originally from New York, Emily moved to Raleigh in 2022. Emily graduated from Marist College with a degree in Communications. She then worked in Event Marketing for several years where she developed and refined her meticulous organizational and strategic planning skills. Emily is passionate about creating efficient systems that are easy to maintain for all. She now applies her attention to detail and organization techniques to help clients feel at ease in their homes so they can focus on other facets of their life.

An Eastern NC native and proud mother of two, Emily is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree with a focus of Marketing from Liberty University. Having previously managed all aspects of two promotional businesses for a decade, she is passionate about customer satisfaction.
Lynn Shaffer

A North Carolina native and longtime resident of the Raleigh area, Lynn is a graduate of Meredith College with an educational background in business management and dance. While working as a stay-at-home mom for many years, she utilized her organizational skills as a longtime PTA leader, church program director, and Girl Scout leader. As a mother of four with three boys in college, she is very familiar with the organizational challenges of busy families.

A Raleigh native and mother of three, Shelley put her organizational abilities to use in previous client service manager positions in deadline-intensive industries. She takes pride in ensuring Reclaim’s clients’ organizing needs are fulfilled and information is relayed in a timely, ordered manner.
Mariel Bentley
Client Relations Manager
Mariel relocated to Raleigh from upstate NY, not long after graduating from Skidmore College with a BA in Psychology. Acclimating quickly to the area, she began to put down roots with her husband, and now along with their two children. During her 20+ year professional career, Mariel has managed projects and ensured customer satisfaction across a variety of industries such as software, energy, engineering, insurance and real estate. With her desire to be of service to others, and her innate organizational ability, Mariel loves working with clients and helping them reach their organizing goals.

Born and raised in Raleigh, Mary’s previous experiences include working as an executive assistant, office manager, stay-at-home mom, and most recently a preschool teacher working extensively with special needs children. Each of these endeavors required exceptional organizational skills; Mary now utilizes these on a daily basis at Reclaim, where she helps our clients function more effectively.
