Jocelyn holds a B.A. in Strategic Communications from Elon University and spent over five years in communications and public relations. She brings a people-first approach to professional organizing, creating functional, calming spaces while making clients feel comfortable and supported.

As a marketing graduate from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, Whitney has a strong foundation in branding, strategy, and communication, but her true passion lies in creating intentional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. At Reclaim, she blends her marketing mindset with a love for calm, curated spaces to help clients find clarity and comfort in their homes. Outside of work, Whitney enjoys spending time outdoors, reading psychological thrillers, staying active and caring for her plants.

Mariella is a former management consultant and digital marketer who turned into a professional organizer. As a mom of competitive athletes and the unofficial CEO of a nonstop house, she totally gets crazy schedules. Mariella enjoys helping create systems that bring calmness to busy lives. On her off days, you can find her volunteering, tending to her garden, or squeezing in a morning workout.

She loves listening to clients and creating simple, functional systems that make their homes feel calm and welcoming. When she’s not organizing, she enjoys thrifting and finding creative inspiration in unexpected places.

Shannon brings to Reclaim expertise from the world of education, as she earned a B.S. in elementary education from UNC-Chapel Hill and previously served as the director a preschool where organization was paramount. She lives in New Hill with her family and spends her free time decorating, organizing, and going to the beach.

As a former middle school teacher and a mom of three busy girls, Jen knows how critical organization is to keeping life running smoothly. She has a passion for helping and serving others, and for making home a place of both function AND beauty. She loves working with clients and getting their organizational systems in place.
Emma Eatman

A North Carolina native, Emma is a graduate of East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. With professional experience as an administrative assistant, officer manager, and program coordinator she takes pride in using her organizational and project management skills to support the Reclaim team.
